Pierre and Siham, true passionate of the traditional restoration, will share their love for the good taste and for the warm and friendly reception.

The map is made exclusively from fresh produce, at most from the region, it is adapted to the seasons and therefore changes at least 4 times a year.

It is composed of local products, such as cassoulet (homemade in the tradition with local products, Castelnaudary beans), regional recipes revisited, foie gras soup, crispy or terrine with apple and ham country ... and more exotic recipes like tuna tataki, teriyaki salad or salmon gravelax ... ..

A contemporary and air conditioned, a shaded terrace and covered (heated winters).

A room with a capacity of 55 seats and 45 on the terrace.

Possibility to accommodate groups (bus ...) and organize festive meals (baptism, communion, small wedding, business meal or seminar)

Possibility also to include a birthday cake (homemade) for a group meal (12 min) and depending on the menu chosen.
